What is Reiki?

Reiki is a holistic practice, which supports healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level by clearing the auric field and balancing chakra centers—resulting in enhanced self-improvement and overall well-being. Reiki is administered by “laying of hands” on major charka centers located throughout the body. The practitioner acts as a channel to stream Reiki or Spiritually Guided Life Force Energy into the body of the receiver. What we know about the origin of Reiki is that it ultimately comes from the cosmos and was systematized by Dr. Mikao Usui

What are the benefits of receiving Reiki?

Receiving Reiki has many wonderful benefits, as it has been effective in helping to heal every known illness and ailment—always creating a positive impact. The benefits of Reiki are amplified when used in combination with other medical or therapeutic techniques. Through this process, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is activated and stimulated. Restorative effects of Reiki include:

• Clarity of mind and improved focus

• Deepened sense of inner grounding, centeredness, and joy

What kind of Reiki sessions do you offer?

I offer both In-person and distance Reiki. In-person sessions, include the client laying on a message table where my hands will be lightly placed on the client’s body. A distance Reiki session works in much of the same way as an in-person session except that the person receiving Reiki is not in the same room. Physical contact is not necessary to deliver Reiki, as it is not limited by space or time. Reiki moves and arrives at the speed of intention. So sessions can be performed in-person or from any distance.

Why schedule an intuitive guidance session?

As an intuitive facilitator of healing, I provide you with the support to tune into your inner guidance system. My work is centered around the belief that healing is your responsibility and your responsibility alone. I act as a support for clients as they do their inner work and embark on their truth-seeking mission. I guide you through your healing journey and the processes of self-discovery. My intention is to help you understand yourself on a deeper level so that you may show up in this world not as the person you were conditioned to be, but as the person you were created to be. My work or rather, I should say, your work will focus on empowerment, perspective shifting, and the implementation of life skills to create powerful transformation.

What happens during an intuitive guidance session?

An intuitive guidance session is personalized to your situation. We create as we go and as directed by spirit. I support you on your journey back to remembrance by helping you become acquainted with your shadow self. We develop tools for intuitive living and living in alignment with your soul’s purpose. During these sessions, I may incorporate embodiment practices, creative art exercises, Oracle and Tarot cards, rituals, and play to help facilitate discovery and healing. The aim of these sessions are to support spiritual growth, and the expansion of consciousness. I’ll encourage you to ruminate on the following questions:

• How are you ready to be different in the world and with others?

• What did you believe about yourself before you knew limitations? 

• What would it look like if you knew you could never fail?

• What does it look like to liberate yourself from yourself?
